Your rights. You control your data. Delete any conversation or your account anytime.
Agreement. By using Three Sages, you agree to these terms. We may update them occasionally. Three Sages provides access to AI models, conversation management, document management, and our monthly membership.
Your responsibilities. Provide accurate account information, keep your password secure, and use the service legally and ethically. Don't abuse, hack, or overload our systems. Don't use AI responses for illegal purposes or share your account.
Prohibited uses. Generating harmful or illegal content, reverse-engineering our systems, using automation without permission, impersonating others, and violating intellectual property rights.
Payment. Three Sages is a monthly membership ($20/month). All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Cancel any time from the User Menu.
Service availability. We strive for 99%+ uptime, but can't guarantee uninterrupted service — maintenance and outages happen, software has bugs, and AI models do make mistakes.
Intellectual property. You own your conversations and documents; you grant us permission to store and process them to provide the service, and you can delete your content anytime. The Three Sages name, logo, and platform code are our property. AI responses are generated content — you may use them for your purposes, but shouldn't claim you wrote them word for word.
AI-generated content disclaimer. AI models do make mistakes and hallucinate. Responses may be inaccurate, outdated, or biased. Always verify important information from authoritative sources. Do not rely solely on AI for medical, legal, or financial advice. We are not responsible for decisions you make based on AI responses.
Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we provide the service as-is without warranties. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Three Sages is an early-access platform.
Termination. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or as required by law, or if we discontinue the service. You can close your account anytime.
Changes. We may add or remove features, change pricing with notice, modify these terms, or discontinue the service with reasonable notice. If major changes affect you negatively, you can cancel your membership and close your account.
Your data. We store what's needed to run the service — your account info, conversations, and documents. We never sell it or share it with advertisers. Payments go through Stripe; we never see your card details. Delete anything anytime. Close your account and everything's gone within 30 days.
